1. 2021 QUANZHOU ANNUAL ECONOMIC CONFERENCE SUMMIT

In recent days, the 17th annual economic conference of Quanzhou city was jointly held by the Publicity Department of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Municipal Financial Supervision Bureau, the municipal digital office, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Municipal Urban Association, the Municipal Federation of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs, and Quanzhou Evening News in Wanda Vista Hotel (Quanzhou city).

Quanzhou’s political, industrial, academic, and research elites gathered together to witness and participate in the annual Quanzhou City Economic Event and jointly discuss the two-wheel-drive development plan of “strengthening industry and revitalizing the city”.

2. TOP TEN INTELIGENT EQUIPMENTS IN QUANZHOU

After recommendation and selection, combined with expert review, our full-automatic servo brick machine with production line (SLST1500) won the title of top ten intelligent equipment in Quanzhou.

The full-automatic servo brick machine with production line (SLST1500) is one of our main products at present. It came into being in an environment of green energy savings, intelligent manufacturing, and diversification of solid waste raw materials.

The SLST1500 servo brick machine production line takes the servo control system as the core, runs smoothly, realizes closed-loop control and accurate positioning of position, speed, and torque, and realizes the integrated operation from batching to product delivery. Through the unique process technology, the equipment can not only efficiently produce various cement products such as permeable brick, imitation stone brick, curb stone, and solid brick, but also greatly increase the capacity of solid waste such as construction waste, truly consume a large amount of industrial solid waste, play the role of comprehensive secondary utilization of resources, and ensure that the finished products meet the relevant quality standards.

So far, S.L. Machinery has more than 150 patents. The SLST1500 servo brick machine production line has three invention patents and eight other patents, which have reached the domestic leading level in technology. This is the painstaking work of all S.L Machinery staff.
