Overview of Bamboo Pallet:

Bamboo Pallet(Bamboo Plywood Pallet)crafted from premium bamboo materials. Bamboo, known for its sustainability, strength, and natural moisture resistance, is an ideal material for pallets used in wet and outdoor conditions.

Types of Bamboo Pallets:

Bamboo pallets mainly include refined bamboo pallets, refined plastic surface pallets, polyurethane coated pallets, and high temperature steam-cured pallets.

• (1) Refined bamboo pallet:The core layer of the product is bamboo particles + bamboo slices, breaking the curse of traditional bamboo plywood that will debond and loosen the edges, and the strength is much higher than that of other materials (the vertical and horizontal strength can be designed, and curbstones and PC bricks are particularly suitable), with extremely high cost performance
• (2) Refined plastic surface pallet:The board surface is 2mmpvc, the wear resistance is equivalent to that of pure pvc board, it has the high strength of bamboo plywood, and it does not debond, and the thickness is uniform. The surface can be sanded according to customer requirements (the sanding cost will increase appropriately, which is related to the thickness uniformity).
• (3) Polyurethane coated pallet: On the basis of plastic-surface bamboo board, the edges are sealed with polyurea materials on all sides, which is not easy to break, the surface is sanded, the thickness is uniform, and it can be steam-cured within 70°.
• (4) High temperature steam-cured pallet: The board surface is 2mmpvc, the wear resistance is equivalent to that of pure pvc board, there is no plastic surface shedding, the surface is smooth and flat, and it can be steam-cured within 100°.
