Rack System Overview
Our Rack Curing System is a sophisticated, closed-loop production environment that synchronizes single-layer lithium-powered transport vehicles, high-precision elevators, and automated palletizers. Designed for premium brick manufacturing, the system ensures optimal curing by placing wet products on independent racks, shielding the delicate surfaces of colored pavers and the structures of hollow bricks from damage.
The Automated Workflow

Loading: The lifting machine loads green bricks (two pallets at a time) into the multi-layer curing racks with precise spacing.

Transport: A New Energy Transport Vehicle, working in tandem with a Shuttle Car, moves filled racks into the insulated curing room.

Curing & Unloading: Once cured, racks are automatically retrieved, sent to the unloading machine, and emptied layer-by-layer for stacking.

Cycling: Empty racks and pallets are returned via a dedicated recovery mechanism, creating a continuous, high-speed production loop.

Finishing: Integrated Film Wrapping and PET Strapping machines secure the stacks with forklift-ready holes, ensuring safe long-distance transport.
